Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order

Shipping is free on all orders, to every country we deliver to — including the United States, the United Kingdom and the European Union.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation with your tracking number as soon as it ships.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 7–12 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons, public holidays or due to carrier or customs delays.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, please contact us and we will look into it.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders delivered outside the country of dispatch may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible — we can update the address before your order ships. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date (or of delivery, for damaged items) with your order number and photos where relevant, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
