By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
3. Products and product safety
We make every effort to display our products, colours and measurements as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
The MIMOORA Hoodie is designed for babies from around 3 to 12 months who can hold their head up unaided, up to 10 kg (22 lb). Always follow the product instructions: keep your baby's face visible and airways clear, support your baby with a hand when bending or leaning, do not use the hoodie while cooking with hot liquids, exercising, driving or as a replacement for a car seat, and avoid overheating. If you are unsure whether the product is suitable for your baby, consult your health visitor or paediatrician.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure checkout.
5. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.
6. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.
7. Accuracy of information
We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete or current. We may correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time without prior notice.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos and designs — belongs to MIMOORA or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
